CivilTraq also manages transactions such as ACH payments, funds transfers, and permits as well as providing a client customizable feature for creating other types of transactions.

Provides Reports

CivilTraq provides extensive reports that address agency accounts, trusts and banks as well as providing custom document reporting for levys, garnishments, billings, return of services, etc. Extensive audit reports complement all of the functions and provide an in depth history of all activity. In addition, CivilTraq provides integrated check printing and supports any printer or template.

Facilitates Multi-Agency Communication

CivilTraq is designed to handle an unlimited number of agencies and uses a multi-level agency security process. Security is tied to the agency to ensure access to specific agency data only. Administrators may have access to more than one agency as required.
